Get the best from your BT Versatility with our V8 or V16 Featurephones specially designed for the smaller business. They are easy to set up and use and you don't need any training to make the most of the many call-handling features available. Whether you choose the V8 - with eight programmable keys - or the V16, with sixteen, you get all the standard features you would expect such as redial, hold, transfer and conference along with enhanced features such as:

The V16 can be augmented by the V16 XP console which provides an extra 32 programmable keys - ideal for operators and receptionists. Finally the basic V phone for simpler call handling is available for occasional use in areas such as warehouses, storage areas and hot desks.
