BT Versatility - choose the right package for your business

You can get started from just two lines supporting eight extensions with our "basic" package - and you still get more than 50 call handling features along with another ten for queuing and routing - specially useful for applications such as help desk and advice lines. See the full list of features here. You can then increase capacity up to as many as forty extensions on 15 lines or increase functionality with our voicemail, broadband or other advanced modules whenever you wish.

BT Versatility Voice

The basic phone system is a configuration of two lines and eight extensions suitable for either analogue or ISDN connection. It still offers the full set of call handling, call queuing and routing features but does not include voicemail. Two V8 Featurephones are provided.

BT Versatility Advanced.

The top of the range gives you the eight-port advanced voicemail module for voice messaging and extra features such as dial-by-name and call recording. Includes four V8 Featurephones plus a V16 Featurephone with the ISDN+32 system.

BT Versatility Hospitality

The ideal solution if you are running a small hotel or guesthouse, sharing an office or leasing facilities on site - anywhere you want to provide others with excellent communications service and bill them for the cost of every call. See our datasheet (141KB) for full features and details.

Available in either analogue or digital configuration of six lines (expandable up to 10) and up to 40 extensions, it includes software, two-port voicemail, one V16 Featurephone, one V16 XP console, two V8 Featurephones and six V Phones.

The hospitality module can also be purchased as an add-on to other BT Versatility packages.
