Voice messaging

Voicemail tools help you capture enquiries and respond in the most appropriate and efficient way.

  • Mailboxes
    Each user's personal mailbox stores voice and fax messages and can be accessed by phone or PC. Guest mailboxes offer temporary access, special mailboxes enable employees to leave system-related messages and information mailboxes hold routine messages for office locations, opening hours etc.
  • Auto Attendant
    A virtual receptionist greets incoming callers offering a list of options and then routes the call.
  • Custom Call Routing (CCR)
    CCR offers callers a series of voice prompts and transfer options to which they respond using their handsets.

Unified messaging

Unified messaging is an optional application that consolidates incoming voice, fax and email messages into a single 'inbox' on a PC for easy management. Voice messages are converted to an email attachment that can be played back directly on an audio-equipped computer. A simple interface means easy navigation and message management.

Fax messaging

With this option, every enabled PC works as a fax machine with its own external number so you can send faxes without leaving your desk. Fax messaging saves having standalone equipment and means you can deal with faxes as you would other email attachments.
