CTI middleware

Music on hold

Having to put a call on hold is sometimes inevitable, but the right music can help ease the wait. BCM offers a basic solution featuring five tracks of copyright-free music, each with generic courtesy on-hold announcements. We also provide a music contract service if you prefer to play recognisable copyright music chosen to reflect the profile of your callers.
